1/15/12- As both a brony and an fan of musical theater, it really bothers me when I see pretentious comments by bronies claiming that the Stephen Sondheim songs MLP parodied are suddenly cooler since the ponies did them, or that the pony versions are better. It’s the other way around- the ponies don’t make Sondheim cooler. Sondheim makes the ponies cooler.
